     Engrecon applies technology by the use of Engineering Resources when designing gears, power transmission boxes, or manufacturing all of these components. The state-of-art equipment permits a total flexibility to produce the best product, with the best process, at the lowest cost.
     This gives us capability to perform gears with ground teeth according to DIN 4 and measure gear features up to DIN 0. Parts finished by “shaving” have profile and lead between DIN 7 e 8 after hardening.
     Engrecon´s heat treatment is based on gas atmosphere carburizing furnaces, fully controlled by the latest zirconia’s oxide probe system (by Marathon) that provides, second-to-second, readings and feed back to obtain the narrowest bands of carbon potential variation. This equipment and this process allow us to keep the gears’ distortions under control.
     This is the way we fulfill the exigencies of the most rigorous CUSTOMERS (automotive industry, motorcycle industry, engine builders, agriculture equipment, buildings, etc).
     All of our plant layouts are designed in manufacturing cells, what brings us short lead-time to supply parts, and very deep control of each operation (also using “poka-yoke”), and consequently in-process inventory reduction.
     Engrecon´s engineering uses electronic model tools to simulate several performance levels before constructing prototypes or samples.
